UAVS also supports the endeavour of the Welsh Assembly Government in creating
a Centre of Excellence in UAVs at the ParcAberporth Technology Parc adjacent to
West Wales Airport.  This site offers the necessary ground facilities for most of
UAVS' central themes.

With new chapters on Autonomy and Human Factors this Guidance Document identifies the core technologies and capabilities UAS will have to have if they are
to be operated in civilian and military roles in Controlled Airspace.
